  Matan and his team did an amazing job in getting our garage door installed and we are so happy with the outcome. He responds quickly, prices fairly, communicates well, and makes sure to do things right. I don't know what else you could ask for!
  
  A bit embarrassing, but I backed into my garage door over the weekend and needed a new one. Matan and his team came out the next business day to take a look and provide a quote.They went above and beyond in helping us get the door down and locked so that our home was secure until the new door was delivered and ready for install.
  
  Upon install, Matan team proactively noticed that the bottom panel arrived with a dent. They let my wife know and sent a picture to Matan. He was sure to get us a new panel ordered, installed, and made it right for us. We can't express how much we appreciate the professionalism, communication, and follow-through that they demonstrated. And on top we love the way our new door looks! Highly Recommend!

  This is a review for a torsion spring replacement by Matt. I discovered that one of the torsion springs above my garage had snapped on a Monday evening. I called several garage door services around 9pm that evening and left messages hoping to get it fixed as soon as possible. Matt from Eden Garage Doors Repair was the only one that called back that evening and offered to come out for a free quote first thing in the morning at 8am.
  
  He arrived promptly at precisely 8am and was very polite and professional. After he took a look at the garage system and the broken spring, he gave a quote, I accepted, and he began working. He seemed very knowledgeable and confident in his experience and the quality of parts he uses. He said these springs are good for an average of 25,000 cycles compared to 10,000 cycles, which seems to be the standard from my research.
  
  As he worked, he noticed that my metal cable drums were a little worn out (pretty sure they were the original parts used heavily for nearly 25 years) and the nicks in them could potentially damage the cables over time. He made it clear that it wasn't a critical replacement right now and didn't pressure me into replacing them, but I ended up choosing to in order to avoid the potential damage. As he was finishing the torsion spring replacement, he tested the alignment and balance of the garage door opening, made some perfecting tweaks, and it has all been running smoothly since.
  
  I don't have much experience with garage service or repair people in general but overall I am very satisfied with Matt service. He seemed like a genuinely friendly and kind person, who even changed our garage light bulbs for us afterwards when we asked to borrow his ladder since it was already out!

  We just had a double garage door installed by Matan at Eden Garage Doors and we couldn't be happier. He did a fantastic job. We got several bids and his was the best price. He showed up exactly when he said he would and worked straight through until the job was done. He worked with our space limitations and was great to work with. He did a great job and we are very happy with the result.
