  AWFUL - RUN, do not walk away from this cleaner. The owner, JAE, is an awful businessman. We asked for laundry service and a small bag of dry cleaning and they did not process our order correctly. When we came to pick it up, they wanted to charge us $599.97 for what we did not ask for. When we tried to resolve the issue, Jae would not come up to the store, would not speak to us on the phone, and was screaming at his own employees. He then pulled up a past order of ours, and decided to go ahead and charge our debit card, unauthorized, for $600.
  
  His argument for our bill is that our clothes we brought had to be dry cleaned - he literally dry cleaned sweatshirts, socks, underwear, bathing suites, t-shirts, etc.
  
  They now have a complaint with BBB and we have been forced to file fraudulent charges on him.

  They don't use harmful chemicals but rather environmental friendly soaps to wash cloth.

  Brought in a wool pair of Ralph Lauren pants to dry clean. Got them back with holes burned through them. Manager said they did not do it but the holes are burned through both sides of the leg when it was folded. He could not answer the question why was this burn was through both sides of the pant leg while folds in Many places. It is impossible to rip or burn holes through the front and back side of the pant leg to match up perfectly when folded. CROOKED cleaners will never use them again and would recommend the same for anyone reading this.

  I recently had to move from GK because they were shut down unfortunately. So thought I would try Eden since it's close. I should have trusted my gut on this one when I went to drop off a load of dry cleaning and I asked for a ticket. The lady their told me they don't do that or even count the pieces. I jokingly said, OK, do I just trust you to do the right thing if something is missing. She said yes. She was wrong. 1st pickup comes back with my only pair of expensive pants...missing. I twice asked if they could look for them, they said NO. Their manager would have to look at "the tapes". It's been over a month and I cannot get the manager to call me. I have written off the pants as well as this business. Moving on. Anyone have any other recommendations locally?
