It is with a sad heart that we announce the Aug 22 CLOSING of Eddy Chacon's Restaurant. Financially, the burden of overhead in a large, aging building along with increased labor and food costs in a small town with more and more competition has proven to be more than can be overcome. Chef Eddy would like to thank everyone for their support of his hard-fought two+ year venture at Chacon's and to know that Alfresco Bistro will be his continued focus after our closing. Our employees and customers are our absolute top priorities. We have some truly wonderful and committed employees, ones who many of you have come to know and love over the years. Several of these employees will be moving with Eddy to Alfresco Bistro! No worries, Matthew's Famous Sunday Brunch will be continued after this Sunday at Alfresco Bistro!
