Staff is good, great service
Had my suv here a couple of times due to popping in front end and had alignment. The popping is clearly coming from the front, and you can feel it in the steering. I was told it was a passenger wheel bearing. The bearing was, indeed, bad, but that was not causing the popping. They quoted me over $400 to change the bearing. They went ahead and done the alignment, so they claimed. They did tell me that the alignment would be better than it was but not perfect due to the bad bearing. It felt worse when i left! My husband got the part from autozone and changed the bearing for $120. He also looked at the printout for the alignment and said nothing was done. I took the print out of the alignment back with me and showed them that it was never even done. The before and after numbers were exactly the same. The guy made up some excuse about it being a second print out and they should have given me the first one too. However, the guy that did the alignment the second time flat out said the other guy didnt do it the first time because he didnt know how to work the machine! And the popping coming from the front end? Well, i was told this time that it was a back passenger tie rod. Yep. He literally told me that due to all the metal parts in my vehicle the popping traveled through them from the back to the front. So it's safe to say they need to hire actual mechanics that, at the very least, know how to run their machines!
Quick and friendly service. Knowledgeable staff that are upfront with everything you need to know about your car repair. They are pricy (but what mechanic isnt). Ive never had long wait to be seen and they accept drop off service.
Told me it was one thing, got the part and dropped it off. Then called and said that's not it. Something else, went from like 250 to 600. Then called back again and said specia part, now it's over 900.
Excellent service! Prompt and fair prices!!
Terrible service. First stripped the threads on my oxygen sensor port, which would normally take less than 5 min. to change. I had the wrong part but they tried to put the part in and then lied about it, damaging the threads on the part I need to return. Tried to charge me $150 for the correct part but I found it at autozone for $90. Then charged $85 labor on something that was their fault in the first place.
