  My sale person, Austin, was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I came in several weeks ago intending to purchase from another Echo Park location but wanted to test drive at the location closest to me to make sure I liked the make and model. Austin was so kind and patiently answered all my questions. The whole staff at this location was great to be honest, but Austin’s kindness even when there was no sale in it for him was the reason I came back when things did t go to plan at the other dealership. He was great and the process was seamless. 10/10 will send anyone I know looking for a car his way!

  If your looking for a dealership with several options, you should come here. As a first time car buyer I needed options and they had plenty. To begin with the atmosphere at this dealership is very different from others, it is open and friendly. When you arrive salesperson are not hunting you down, in which I appreciated that a lot! Now the best part! Thank to John Walker I was able to walk out with my first dream car and at an affordable price 😆. John expressed genuineness and was very patient. Not one time did I feel pressured to make a decision. John also throughly explained any concerns I expressed. My experience with John at Echo Park Automotive was nothing less than perfect, like be mentioned in the beginning. Ask For John Walker guys! Thanks again John!

  This place was fantastic great prices very very friendly people got to test drive a few vehicles and make a decision and I’m so happy with my new vehicle Austin was such a help and a awesome guy to work with. He helped us get the right payment and interest rate and made sure we was happy with everything before we left. I really like that they wasn’t pushy and just super helpful and friendly. Just hands down best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend them!!!!!

  We bought a 2017 Toyota RAV4 last Saturday from EchoPark, and I could not be happier with it! It’s so beautiful & I’m so glad I found the perfect car here. We saw it listed online and drove there from Athens right away & bought it the same day. The atmosphere is very nice and laid back. The entire staff was super kind and helpful! Devon was our experience guide; he was the best!!! He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, attentive, & patient. It was like talking with a friend, and I would absolutely recommend EchoPark to anyone searching for a new car!

  Weird experience. They were new and just starting to work out the kinks .. but there were salesmen who had been selling cars for a long time and still didn’t really know what they were doing. Went to pick up a car I wanted, and they had me waiting for hours. After one simple question it was “let me go to the back and ask my manager”. When I tried to swipe my debit card (for thousands of dollars multiple times) their system was down and they sent me to the bank to take out 4500 on Christmas Eve (which couldn’t happen). After we got that settled and was ready for paperwork..they put the wrong price on the paperwork. Almost had me sign my name to a higher price = higher payment (The car was $1000 cheaper on their site). And after all of this trouble all they could offer me was a full tank of gas 😂
  
  Overall they are genuinely nice people,all trying to work with you. This was my first car purchase and the process was inefficient and made me feel hesitant and unsure if I could trust them! Essentially the cars are good, clean, and cheap. Cedric and Cheyenne were amazing. Cedric stayed on top and kept me updated about the vehicle and Cheyenne brought a great attitude, was very knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make me comfy.
