Zack Shir and eAutoLease have exceeded all our expectations. Our new car was delivered to our house in NJ exactly on the agreed upon time and it was spotless! The whole process was easy and stress free from the beginning to the end. Zack is amazingly attentive and easy to communicate with. This is my second time leasing through eAutoLease, and both agents I worked with were great. Michelle got me the exact car I wanted, beyond what I had even hoped for and with extra features, for a great price. She guided me through the whole process, gave good advice, and then delivered the car right to my door. A painless process!

Great experience overall! Michelle was very helpful and upfront in helping me find what I was looking for while not being pushy. I was comfortable the entire time, and she really worked with me to ensure I got everything I wanted for a great price! All communication was clear and prompt which was very helpful. Car leasing with a great company, not having to go to a dealer and haggle for hours. What more can you ask for?

E auto was able to find me the car I wanted when all others kept telling me there is no stock. Felix did not just find my car he also called me 3 times to tell me that the price just got cheaper. Felix is the man to go to and his service was beyond amazing, He even arranged the car to be dropped off at my house which is great cause I didn’t have to go anywhere with this virus going around. AMAZING SERVICE!!!

Great agent! To be honest, I was skeptical at first knowing that you’re just dealing over the phone with a random guy. But I was wrong! She was very helpful and patient with all my questions, she stayed with me until the last minute. My very first car was delivered within 24 hrs straight to my house on time. She made the process tremendously easy. Thank you Kamila Salamonova, You’re the best!

I have dealt with 3 or 4 different leasing companies throughout the years and eAutoLease thus far has been the best and most honest. Just leased our second car from them. Special thanks to Felix who’s been most professional and courteous. He got me my new Porsche within 2-3 days and personally came to my house in NJ to pick up my old car. Many thanks to Felix. Our other lease is due in about a year. I’ll see you again.

I spoke with Inna from eAutoLease on a Wednesday, finalized our car order on Thursday and got our car delivered on Friday. To me, this was the definition of VIP service. Inna is what every customer service representative should strive to be. She was attentive, patient, helpful, and kind. She spoke to me after work hours and was even answering questions after the deal was done. eAutoLease and Inna were a pleasure to work with, I've already recommended them to friends and plan to work with them on all future leases. INNA- YOU ROCK!

This was my best experience ever! The guys made it look easy while providing an exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make sure I get the car that I needed and also took care of everything else involved in the process at lighting speed. I would definitely go back to them for my next car and would highly recommend them to all of my friends and acquaintances. A+ 5 stars!!
