  Elan with Easy Home Buyer made selling, my family home an easy process. He was always there when I had questions and answered them very quickly. Please check out this company, if you need to sell a property though an investment company. Very attentive to your needs. My property had lots of repairs needed. But he offered a fair price.

  Everyone was professional, and well informed. The process went smoothly. We had worked with a different company previously - no comparison (kept changing price, writing up different contracts, and did not address our concerns).

  My father needed to sell his home fast because he couldn't afford to fix the roof (had a tarp on it from and hurricane season was quickly approaching. We wanted to sell directly to a buyer and skip an agent. Elan and his crew just happened to have purchased my dad's neighbors home and was in the process of renovations when they saw his for sale sign go up. When we first heard from him we were not sure if he was legit or not. There are plenty of scams going around but after Elan reassured us several times, we checked the BBB and he made a reasonable offer and the rest is history! Great experience and he even said that he will show us how the crew is fixing up the house!

  Elan made the entire home-selling process seamless. Adhered to deadlines, yet was flexible with excellent communication skills. Offered a reasonable purchase price, and professional in all dealings. Highly recommended!

  Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Easy Home Buyers! I worked with Elan Evron on the sale of my property. What should have been a fairly simple transaction turned out to be a nightmare due to the contractor not closing out the roof permit as they should have done. Elan was very professional in following through (many phone calls and emails) with getting this taken care of and took the pressure off me in dealing with the bureaucracy of city government. It was a pleasure to work with Elan and I highly recommend him!
