  NOBODY'S HOME. These people NEVER answer the phone! Also, Whoever designed the phone menu system needs to go. Horrendous. Oh, do you need to speak with someone about taxes? "Sorry, we are busy assisting other taxpayers, please call again. Good bye." Typical city workers. The mantra is: Do as little as possible for no longer than absolutely necessary. I'M MOVING FROM EAST PROV in 1 month. Can't WAIT!

  Hey, just wanted to thank you for being opened for only 2 hours and not posting it anywhere on your website, despite it stating City Hall would be open all day for regular hours today. Glad you guys increase taxes, yet decrease services.
  When I arrived, there were roughly 15 other citizens leaving disgruntled after also discovering they were closed early through a note posted on the door, while others were also still arriving as I was leaving. This would lead me to believe that the city of east providence has yet again failed it's citizens to provide service or at the least keep them informed.
  It is a shame that our exorbitant taxes in this city seemingly just fly out the window while we the citizens are left questioning what is the city doing with our money as services are cut and the roads are still in major disrepair.

  it is sad how you have trouble reaching the city hall, no receptionist, you have to presss so many numbers when you don't know there name. only to fid out they are on vacation. the city is not run like it should be
