Nice mall. Play area for kids. Very nice sitting area and food Court.
Basic mall, decent selection of stores and a small food court. It has lost a good amount of stores, but it has most the ones people want and the chinese place there is super cheap but great. Worth a small walk around every once in awhile to fill your binge shopping needs but gets boring if you go every few days.
Nice clean mall. Sad so many big chains are closing up. But has a great variety of other stores.
A star for every major remaining retailer/years til liquidation. I'd love to see a movie theater comeback to the ol' girl. New movies if popular but a "Trail"style spot without the downtown drama of parking an other quirks . Right in the center of the Belt. You watch a flick or shop a bit, get a discount for the other boom.
I grew up going to this mall. It use to be filled with so many different shops, there were fountains, a theater and more anchor stores. They revamped the mall with more store space inside and outside of the mall but have yet to fill them. They can’t seem to keep stores open, which is sad because it would be nice to see this place thrive. The food court is absolutely awful. I’m glad they added Victoria’s Secret and that the Buckle and Bath and Body works continue to stay open. Rally House is a nice addition but wish they were on the inside of the mall, because I think they would have way more business, bc believe it or not because a lot of people aren’t even aware it’s there. It’s nice that St Joe has a mall, hopefully people will begin to shop more and keep it going.
Plenty of parking lots of nice stores places to eat inside the mall you can spin all day there shopping it would be enjoyable
A beautiful and small mall for great experience! I Love It! Size of this amazing mall does not matter but shopping! I love eating at Lino's Pizza Restaurant with my whole family and friends!😊☺
Since the revamp I've really enjoyed coming here. Lots of stores, some staples and some new. It's always well maintained and cleaned. Even the kiddos have things to do to keep entertained while shopping or just to make a special trip for the indoor play area or carousel. The food court has a decent selection, whatever your mood. Chinex is one of the reasons I keep going back! Family friendly and something for everyone.
Great food court. Very clean, although the bathrooms could use a bit more attention. The building is very well maintained, both inside & out. The holiday decorations are beautiful.
Except for the quick eats like Taco Johns, or Chinex, better make sure you have a decent amount of dough on you if you plan on buying anything.
Its nice, but there aren't a lot of good shops for adults. There is good shopping for teens though.
It is good for walking after heart surgery. It is very clean and neat. It is not at all crowded.
I love our local mall, and it has such a long history here in Saint Joseph. It was one of the first indoor malls and kept a constant temperature of 72°. There is a large mural on the westward wall just past the food court in the new exit near Party City that features a lot of information on the history of East Hills. I love this mural, but wish I didn't have to look at the terribly tacky party city advertisements directly adjacent. Beautifully illustrated history > tacky advertisements.
Very nice mall!! Great decorations around the holidays and lots of affordable shopping. Popular with the college crowd. A great place to shop or just hang out.
