This place is fantastic. The staff are knowledgeable, the products are high quality, and the prices are reasonable. One of the nicest boutique pet stores I've ever shopped in.

I absolutely love this place!! The owner, Timothy, is so helpful and knowledgeable that I trust his opinion more than my vet sometimes. He always takes his time with me, and I never feel rushed so he can help another customer. The store is always clean, the staff is helpful, and the quality of food that they have is really good. My dog loves going there too!

The staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable about pets. They gave me sound advice for my cats and friend's dog. Digestive issues have decreased since using the products they carry and have chosen for us. I love the assortment of cat treats, food and toys! My cats have gone crazy over some of the things they have suggested. Great customer service and true interest in my 4 legged children. Thank you!!!!

I have been coming to Earthwise since they first opened 3+ years ago. I was excited to have such a quality pet store in our Five Forks neighborhood and I am still excited to have them here. The owners are in store very often to help direct folks and are always happy to answer questions. The staff is also great - even helping carry your stuff to the car (the big chain stores don't do that). The product variety and prices are very good, plus they have a customer reward program - which is nice perk to get. I have used the groomers and the self grooming station for my beagle and it is consistently a positive experience! Frequently, I recommend this store to other pet owners - even if they don't live nearby - the knowledge, care and products at Earthwise are WORTH the TRIP.

Earthwise groomers are awesome! We have received several compliments for our Labradoodle, Minnie Mei, after her grooming appointment with Melissa.

We've been going here since they opened. The groomers do a great job and always take the time to discuss your preferences. The staff is extremely knowledgeable on the incredible selection of quality pet food. Vicki put her biochemist background to use and once took considerable time helping me with apple-to-apple food comparisons when my vet wanted my poodle on a renal diet. I also appreciated them giving me and others several months notice recently when my dog's food of choice was no longer going to be available so I could stock up and/or switch food now. The do-it-yourself dog wash is convenient, just be sure to call ahead and see if it's available. I'm happy to support small, well-managed businesses like Earthwise. Yes, you can find cheaper grooming rates and food elsewhere but you get what you pay for!

I have been bring my elderly dog here for grooms for years, was always willing to pay a little more for the service and the service was always good, and I always included a good tip as I know my dog is old and may require a little more time and attention. I also liked that they advertise this as low stress grooming, as they take your dog and call as soon as they are finished, so the dog does not have to wait in a kennel all day. But the last time I took my dog, my adult daughter picked her up and was told very nicely by the groomer that she recommended that the dog be taken somewhere else like the vet to be groomed as she thought it was stressing the dog out too much. I thought that was the whole point of spending the extra money and long wait time for appointments to bring her here to be groomed. I felt very abandoned by them.
