  They are prejudice especially Allison the property manager at the front office. They will deny you if you are not white. I moved here alone was accepted Because I make 60,000 a year married a Mexican/white guy who was denied because of a dui 10 years ago and minimal credit even though all I wanted to do was add him to the lease. The have constant water problems every other day and yes they'll turn it off for more than 24hrs and are you still paying for the water here yes. The Apts are small and out dated for the price. Construction is always going on here because of it being poorly built. They are very unorganized, they mistakenly thought I didn't pay rent twice. They even delivered a notice and posted a 3 day notice on my Door! I had to send them receipts of my money order and say why did you guys cash my 1000$ and not post it to my account? Keep all your receipts. These people only are about the money not you. We had no toilet working when we moved in called emergency maintenance and I never received a call back. 24hrs without a toilet actually 2 days. Had sinks leaking with mold build up, they won't replace it unless they can't fix anymore. Huge leaks! The Apts are old and very small for the price. There is no privacy what so ever. We were so unhappy here we decided to put a trasfer in to the enclave. First off your better off there. It's just there waiting list is horribly long. There's a reason why the Eagles landing always has an apt available. Residents here are just leaving! Anyway Allison being prejudice decides to discuss my husbands past 10 year record of dui Which is confidential with the other property manager at the enclave Asia. Sorry but if he's not a lease holder one it's against the law to send over someone's background/ criminal history. They didnt give you permission last I checked. I'm a criminal justice major i should know. Anyways after moving out and breaking my lease the older lady below me apartment and building caught on fire and flooded within the same Two days but allison the property manager wanted to blame it on my apartment which was empty. It's was funny because when she called she said can you turn off your water or something and we told her we no longer live there. She was so shocked they would lie to her, don't be surprised it's why they want you to have renters insurance. They don't want to be liable for anything. This old lady had to move out temporarily due to the water and fire for 2 months and they still demanded rent from her with no discount, rent percentage taken off or anything. Don't live here! Your better off at the enclave next door. I'm sure after my post here they'll change their apt name which is what they do when someone posts a true statement. Not to mention everyone has a dog. The poop is everywhere they want to charge you for a pet fee but everyone has unauthorized dogs they bring in free! I did and they didn't even notice, again they are unorganized!? Sounds like they need a new property manager bye Allison! Black folks are money too honey and black live matter!! Good thing I'm a Christian woman. Carma is already coming back around all I did was remove myself out of the situation.

  Tried to opt out of the lease within the 72 hour refundable cancellation period. Was told I would not be refunded since "we don't really measure it by how long you took", whatever that means. Seek a new apartment elsewhere.

  just moved my mom in there last wk, very nice, staff friendly, very quiet, love her apt. only bad thing. ducks way to many ducks and the bridge over duck pond really needs a good cleaning from duck poop and clean the trash out of pond.

  I've lived here since January, and the staff is very friendly and quick to handle any maintenance problems. I did have some problems with my power going out often, and resetting my clocks at night. But this was not localized to my apartment, and only lasted a couple of months.

  I've lived at Eagles Landing for about 3-5 years and so tar I like it here and I want to move so badly out of Florida.P.S.:you'll like the breakfast on the go very much.;)
