FIRST AND LAST TIME BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY. THE DRIVER WAS EXTREMELY RECKLESS & UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS SEEMS TO BE A REGULAR OCCURRENCE AS PAST REVIEWS HAVE MENTIONED THE SAME. THEY TRIED TO ASK FOR MORE MONEY EVEN THOUGH PRICES WERE NEGOTIATED AND FINALIZED WEEKS AGO. THEY EVEN WENT AS FAR AS CHASING US DOWN AND ASKING FOR A $200+ TIP! NOT TO MENTION OUR DRIVER WAS LATE ALL 3 DAYS THAT WE BOOKED THEM FOR! 1.5-2HOURS TO BE EXACT! NEVER AGAIN!

Do NOT even think about booking with this company. My group of about 9 people recently booked a transportation with them to EDC. We had booked our reservation with them about 2-3months ahead of time and agreed on a $400 per day, they then ask us on the day of the 3 day event they wanted $800 + $200 tip as a minimum. The owner’s name is Efren and the scumbag driver that works for him his name is Henok Mekonn. They threatened to drop us off in the middle of the dessert where edc was if we did not pay. Henok then went and tried to pick a fight with our group. This company is the biggest scam ever. I will be addressing this issue with the Better Business Bureau and making sure it never happens to anyone again.We want our refund for our money and they are refusing to give it back, Also Henok writes fake reviews of the company if you scroll down you can see.This is the face of the man name Henok Mekonn who scammed us of our money. STAY AWAY FROM EAGLE LIMO LLC!

Be aware - yes they will drive you, but it will be a headache and a half. Called us an hour before our 3 day roundtrip booking to EDC Las Vegas and tried to double the agreed upon rate which was held with a deposit weeks prior. Kept demanding extra tips but also showed up late to pickup everytime and by a few hours one night which caused us to miss alot of the event. Also stole our liqour bottles every night that he said were safe inside the limo and a big case of water bottles which is crucial for the heat there. Never again.

Our company had board members and staff traveling from Alaska to Las Vegas. I reached out to Eagle Limo and they were able to provide me with a quote. 7 different pick up scheduled and they were amazing. Thank you so much. Great customer service. Driving was good. Pick up was on time or early. Which was great.
