  Tom replaced every window in my house and did an overall excellent job. All of the windows are very cleanly installed and do not look out of place. Tom was very diligent to caulk all areas very carefully. Tom was able to complete the job in two days and did not leave behind any mess. It was very apparent that Tom is experienced at what he does.

  They came on time and did a great job installing new french doors that lead out onto our deck. Very professional, and they wore masks. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well. Highly recommend them!

  Tom served as the Project Superintendant when we had our home custom built in 2017. He was the consummate professional throughout the project! Tom kept things moving along efficiently working with all of the sub-contractors, adjusting schedules as needed to avoid delays and working closely with us daily to keep us informed. When we requested changes to the building plans he walked us through pros, cons and next steps and professionally coordinated the requested changes. Tom was overseeing a couple of large projects at the same time but it was transparent to us as he was incredibly organized and was able to accomplish all in a highly professional manner! The only delays we experienced were those associated with weather. We have a quality custom home built in approximately 5 months even with the weather delays! We are so grateful to have found Tom!

  Tom was the superintendent of my construction project at the Orange Park Mall. The project was a complete remodel of a 40 year old 2800 sq ft. space with many challenges to overcome. Tom worked tirelessly to help me achieve my goals of completion and grand opening deadlines. Tom is a hands on professional who found himself knee deep in the solutions department throughout the project. He is a great communicator and problem solver and he was instrumental in working with all of the tradesmen, building inspectors and property managers to overcome obstacles and complete the project. Tom is an asset on the jobsite regardless of his role and I would enjoy working with him again.

  I contracted with Eagle Eye Builder Group to renovate two bathrooms. Tom was quick to make an appointment with me and discuss options. At the time, we had a rough idea of what we wanted. Tom was easily able to give us more ideas and was able to bring our ideas to fruition. He also teams with good tradespeople and designers who were instrumental in showing us different options. No project is without hiccups, but Tom communicated very well and was quick to remedy issues and give solutions. In the end, our projects were completed on time and under budget. I highly recommend Eagle Eye Builder Group.
