Talked to one of the managers the other day for a project my company is handling for a commercial client of mines. The staff is very knowledgeable!

Our subdivision recently had the roads paved. The HOA president thought it was Duval Asphalt that did the work. After calling this company regarding some damage that was done to my sprinklers, ALAN, the gentleman who schedules all the paving jobs, told me it was not them. I then discovered it was another company who paved our subdivision.
Alan called me back to follow-up with my dilemma which he did not have to do. I was really impressed with his professionalism and caring. VERY FEW companies, in my experience, will operate like this. Many companies just don't care and will tell you it's not their problem.
I hope that the competitor who did our paving will be as responsive and take my situation seriously and pay for the damage they caused. Thank you Alan for your compassion.response / report this review
