I used Dutch girls for years, dropping off 20+ items a month. One group of shirts I dropped off when I picked them up had holes all over them. Dropped them off and the girl asked if I wanted the re washed..a no you ruined my shirts. Manager called the next day to inform me it was my fault and I must have had chemicals on them. (Working at a desk all day highly unlikely) Needless to say I will not be going back. Thanks for ruining $180 worth of clothing and blaming it on me.

I have been a customer for a very long time. Last time I went in, I tried to use a coupon and they refused to accept it because the fine print stated that it had to be presented at the time of drop off even though I was paying the nearly $50 bill at pick up. I asked if they could simply accept it and I would remember for next time and the manager rudely refused. I will never use them again.

No matter what the stain or mess is that my 7 year old son brings home, Dutch Girl helps to make it right! They even ordered special smaller hangers for when I bring in his church clothes. I'd give them 10 stars if I could, great service!!

My family has used Dutch Girl as our cleaner for years. They do a great job. The drive through is so convenient, the staff are wonderful, and the prices are good.
