  Nice to have another DD/BR in the reachable area.
  
  Tidy & Clean inside (well-maintained).
  
  Isn't too noticeable from the main road. Better signage would help support it's success, as it is only seen if knwn there or if going to Kohl's or Chick-Fil-A.

  I've been to this location three times now and order the exact same coffee. Hoping that each time it would be different. But nope The coffee always tastes burnt. And even if you order the coffee with extra cream they still barely put any cream in it.

  Their polar pizza the best! I'm in love with these things! I'll be back every weekend for at least one pizza! I like how you can customize different ice creams flavors! For those of you who don't they are: they are a delicious ice cream treat you eat like a pizza. It's a great dessert for any day of the week! I recommend it to anyone!

  Normally, I really enjoy this location. Today, however, was a disappointment. Along with my coffee, I asked for a random assorted half dozen donuts. What I got were three donuts from one bin, and one from three close bins. In total, 5 regular donuts with frosting and one chocolate donut with frosting. For someone that doesn't like frosting, this was a waste for me.

  The Dunkin' Donuts on Osborne Parkway has very good customer service. The staff is very friendly and warm especially when you grab your coffee and donuts anytime throughout the day. They'll greet you with a smile and a warm welcome. The store is very neat including the bathroom. Our usual order would be dark roast coffee and creamy Bavarian donuts. Definitely the best way to start our day.
