  Family owned, very nice people. Can get a line to the door at times in the morning but they work hard and fast to keep things moving.

  Please correct me if I'm wrong but this is NOT a toasted bagel! Its soft! This happened to me multiple times at this dunkin already. It also happens with the hashbrowns, a lot of the time they keep them in the trays that keep food warm but after a certain amount of time they just start getting soggy and yet they still serve them. One time I had to go back 2 times from my car because they kept giving me soggy and oily hashbrowns. I used to work at a dunkin and this is just lazy and uncaring. Good thing I have a toaster oven at work.

  Horrible service from the woman behind the counter. I was giving my doughnut order to someone else and she decided to butt in and rush me through because another person came in behind me. So instead of letting me order everything I wanted to get I only ordered half of what I planned on getting. Meanwhile she is rolling her eyes at me with her snotty attitude. Why is she working if she doesn’t want to be there? I will be going somewhere else where they actually want my business in the future.

  My expectations for Dunkin is low, but this place always seems to disappoint me. I threw away my last donut because it tasted weird and service is always meh... They did start making expresso based coffee by hand though, which is a plus.

  Very pleasant atmosphere. Manager up front and running the register. All staff very competent. A woman left her car keys on the counter and everyone, including customers, stopped what they were doing to assist.

  This place is a joke. On the go ordering never works because they shut the machine off all day. Will be sending in a complaint to corporate because they are losing business over this. An employee named Afrin is an absolute space cadet and continuously have to repeat my order to her at least 3 times before she gets it. Most employees are competent except for her
