I've had great service. I've seen some really nasty customers talk to staff there if you don't like it quit complaining and go elsewhere there are other Dunkins where you'll get worse service like rte 50 in Wilton

The worst dunkin donuts in the area. I like the vanilla chai but the way they make it is awful. Its more foam than drink (only this specific store) and the worst customer service. Recently I ordered 2 vanilla chai and I asked very friendly for another one without too much foam and the person who took the order told me "I didn't make it!" and then the person who made it told me "next time ask for no foam!" Unbelievable! I didn't say anything back but definitely not going back to this dunkin donuts.

I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for around 10 years each year they get new staff and for some reason even though I get the same coffee every single day literally every day they always seem to screw it up extra large 4 cream 5 sugar don't know how you can screw that up but at least once a week I got a coffee they had either too much cream or just cream no sugar they also never stir the coffee unless you tell them. the way I look at it I'm paying $3 for you to make my coffee it should be done correct. go to a different one you say it's too out of the way so I take a chance every day and once a week they screw it up it's absolutely ridiculous
