    OK place with borderline food/drinks. FYI, A cup of water is 50 cents, even with $25 order. poor customer service.

    I absolutely love DD and drive out to get a large iced mocha latte a few times a week. This location consistently disappoints with getting orders wrong, and having horrible customer service. Cashiers used to be polite and friendly, but lately have been rude and unpleasant. I always leave wishing I went somewhere else or not at all. Plus, I earned a free drink reward and was charged $1.09 for almond milk when it should have been $.50! That's unreal and stealing! My husband and I stopped by the other night to get ice cream around 9PM and the doors were already locked with workers inside doing nothing. Closing time wasn't until 10PM. At this point, I give up. I sent feedback to DD directly and will find another location to go to.

    Not that many Dunkin' Donuts I go to,I can give a five star .this is the one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I go on a daily basis customer service excellent food quality nice and there are a few employees they have they treat you very special thank you Jasmine, Howard and shaun and owner / manager

    The young gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and polite. I accidentally left my two cell phones. When I return he had took my cell phones and place them in the office for me. I was so relieved. Great service!

    This location consistently disappoints. I never leave feeling good. This applies to visits both before the remodel/management change and after.

    An experience with a terrible worker behind the register this morning finally prompted me to leave a review though. He didn't say 'good morning', 'hello', or 'hi'. Nothing. Just waited for me to say what I wanted. He didn't have any plans to ask me, it seemed. No comments on what I owed or how I planned to pay. I guess I was just supposed to look at the terminal and swipe my card. He crumpled up my receipt immediately after it printed. Didn't offer it to me - nice touch. I only bought a large black iced coffee. Good luck ordering anything more complicated than that and the worker either 1) not screwing it up or 2) making you feel like garbage because of his or her attitude.

    I wouldn't attempt to use a coupon or any kind of promotion at this location. You'd be asking for trouble.

    Decent employees don't look at customers ordering a box of munchkins as if someone just asked them for a $1000 loan and a ride to the airport. That said, I get it. Hardly anyone wants to work and most people would like more money. But, this is your job. Do it, and, at minimum, try not to be a jerk.

    I don't need your apathy and discontentment. Just the coffee.
