  Although the Green Goddess wrap is not available at this location, the other wrap with chicken was a great substitute. It tasted really good. The staff were very nice as I came to this location twice this week. My food and coffee was hot and tasted really good. I read the other reviews and hope the food and supplies can be replenished to accommodate the orders requested, but I still had a positive experience.

  Every single time I go here something is wrong. Always slow. They don’t pay attention. Toast is never toasted. Always out of something. Lobby is always closed. They had the new years sign out for months after new years. Needs new management bad. They don’t care about the store at all. I’d love to have a good dunkin nearby. I used to work at dunkin and I don’t typically leave bad reviews. But it’s very frustrating when people can’t do their job properly. And frustrated when I spend my money on food that is literally inedible. My avacado TOAST. That wasn’t even toasted.

  Ridiculous that every week this particular store is out of Vanilla bean ,vanilla swirl and Carmel literally every week . They’re out of big straws so you got to use the med one in a large cup and the dang straw gets lost in your cup. Drive thru line is always taking forever you can be at the speaker for 5 min until someone greets you and tries to take your order . If your out of something it would be appreciated to let us know before we sit and wait just to tell us your out of half your menu 🤦🏽‍♀️ this store has got to do better .

  The dunking in Albemarle is a joke the only good thing in the whole store is the staff! The gm and or upper management can't even order enough supplies to make it through the week. I haven't gotten a fresh donut from them in a very long time. I know I am only one person and my money is nothing to you but I haven't gotten anything good from your store I am going to your competitors. Coffee is always good and the food is fresh and hot!

  This Dunkin Donuts is a complete joke. They are ALWAYS out of everything, they never have enough people, and they’re always super rude. I keep trying to have a little grace in hopes it will get better or change, but it’s been like this for the past year. I don’t know who is running this place but they need to get it together.

  Just left here and had horrible customer service. When we pulled up at the drive through, we literally have no clue what the guy said. There was no “how can I help you, what can I get for you, etc” no customer service at all. The guys name I believe is Aydrian? Not sure. Anyways, the lady at the drive through hands us our food - that was burnt and my drink barely had ice, and said nothing. At all. Just gives us our food and looks away. Sure albemarle is trashy and full of disrespectful people already - but a somewhat new business here should NOT have employees that act like this.

  EVERY TIME we go to thia location the flippin Latte machine is closed for the night.....an hour before you close??? SERIOUSLY? EVERY TIME

  Sometimes you just need an iced or hot coffee and DD doesn't disappoint. I'm happy with the product and service, here.

  Some of the staff is rude, and at times can make you feel like they don't care about their job. Some staff members make you feel like your bothering them and it's such a Hassel to serve you. Most of the time the coffee is made right. I frequent this location 5-10 times a week due to me working through the parking lot near by. Convenient for the coffee, not convenient for the mediocre customer service. I've worked customer service and Management for 10+ years. Nothing is as off putting as disgusted or disgruntled employees.

  The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean and the staff was quick and friendly even though there was a small rush of people ordering food. Would definitely eat here again.

  Horrible!! First of all the sign through the drive-thru should have all the types of flavors of donuts. I don't want the same every time I order. And second if I ask the different flavors, it would be nice to have someone be nice enough to let a customer know without an attitude. If you work at a place, don't do the bare minimum...go above and beyond and be of great service and represent the company name!!! I will never go here again. Service with an attitude is NOT the way to take care of customers.

  My daughter and I eat breakfast there almost daily. It's hot and fresh. Service is speedy. We are always pleased.

  This place is aweful... the manager is rude! And my 2 covered doughnuts (which were a gift) we thrown into the same paper bag with no seperation... and looked disgusting by the time I got to work (5 minute drive) Also my 4$ bsgel samdwhich had 1 strip of bacon. I might talk to the mgr, but she is always so rude I would rather just not go there and tell my co-workers not to also. Terrible!!!!!
