After 5 minutes plumber told me my issue was a venting problem that he isn't able to fix. He sought to get his bosses approval to waive the fee Apparently he could not get the fee waived 100$ for 10 minutes, still have the problem. I'd recommend using another service, especially if it isn't a simple blockage.

They came out & drained My sewer in March 2021 for $100 dollars. The technician never actually entered the house he messed around in a hole in my front yard for about 15 min. The money is not the issue here. It’s May & the sewer is backed up again & they want to charge Me another $100 dollars. I would have just paid someone the $200 in the first place to get the job done right. Lesson learned on my part. Oh yeah they only give You 30 days guarantee this I’d the problem. What ever happened to building a good customer base.

I have several rental homes in the city often sewer back up when heavy rain. I often call Drain Madics because the price reasonable. One of despatcher is not very nice , rude, mean , terrible and not allow you talk to the owner when I made a complain; except Debbie she is very nice, understand , and helping you when problem incurred. I went to FB messages and I believe he asked Debbie reach out to me . The owner is very nice, understand and professional men. The guy came out charged me additional $50 to clean clean the roof pipe instead of floor drain. After he left sewer still back up when tenant do laundry. Call office she said if he come out again I have to pay again , Website said warranty 30 days the company should honor that but she did not follow the company policy. She need to be training and taught well to become excellent customer service. I did not want say her name. Overall, Drain Medics is great company, good price but few bad workers hope not destroy good company that Owner work very hard to build up reputation for his company. Any company has good and bad workers.. Hope my review to help many customers out there if you have issue reach out the owner message him online , FB, website he will reach out or ask for Debbie .
After all , sewer drain fine when Arron sent out take him few min to clear the drain . He cable the drain outside in the front yard that should clean at first instead of roof pipe.. He is very good and knowledgeable guy.

Do not hire. I don't leave a lot of reviews but they earned this one. Had them out to unclog our sewer main. They used 60' of cable in a max 50' line and shattered my toilet. When I called the lady answering said she would call the guy who did the service. Over two hours of calls and texts back and forth she refused to let me talk to anyone but her and she knew nothing about plumbing. She said they were willing to replace the bottom half of the toilet. I said that was unacceptable and she texted back that they understood I was refusing their fix implying they would do nothing. After further discussion they finally agreed to replace the whole toilet but refused to camera the line to make sure they didn't ruin anything else. You can see the terrible install the did below leaving a caulk ring on the floor and not bothering to cut the bolts. I feel fully cheated. With no recourse but hiring a lawyer. They screwed up and fought tooth and nail to do the bare minimum rather than have any sense of customer service. I paid $75 for an unclogged drain and a terrible looking bathroom.

Didn't fix the clog. Call a REAL plumber and save yourself the time. They showed up late for a service call and didn't get to my house until it was dark out. At this time they wanted to get on the roof and cable through the roof stack. They sent a one man crew so in order to get anything done I had to help the worker by either running the drill on the roof or listening and watching the open line in the basement. After keeping neighbors awake for a few hours by running a loud drill on my roof past 11 pm on a weeknight the guy called it quits and said they'd have to come out the next day with different equipment. Next day another guy came and tried all the same stuff again. No new ideas, no new equipment. I absolutely refused to pay any more and told him I wouldn't be paying a second service call especially since they still couldn't get the clog out after another 3-4 hours of working at it. Their next move was to bring in a camera or cut into the pipes, both of which I turned down noting they hadn't seemed to accomplish anything over hours of work and were just guessing at this point. After this I called a legit, long-time St. Louis plumbing company who came by, identified the clogged spot and cleared it within 30-45 minutes. The only thing good about these guys is their price ($75). Timeliness was bad, knowledge of plumbing was bad, and ability to fix the issue was bad. Should have put the $75 towards the legit plumber from the beginning, that's money I'll never get back. Lesson learned.
