  Old Republic Home Warranty sent them to replace my hot water heater. Explained everything, did the work and cleaned up in about 1-1/2 hours. Great job guys!!

  Total garbage. I have not had hot water in over 3 days. I was told they would be at my house between noon and 5pm. No one has called or even showed up. I was I could put negative stars. What a terrible business.

  These folks came to our home on an "Old Republic" home warranty call. They came within the window of time that was stated and called 15 minutes prior to arriving. They replaced a sink disposer that had been leaking as well as a leaking faucet. They were fast, efficient and polite. No problems at all.

  Awful service. The plumbing technician wasn't even a plumber. But didnt mind saying we needed a new line run for 425.00. Giving plumbing estimates. But he is an apprentice. But honestly American home sheild are the ones to blame. They sell you a warranty then send these guys by to take your 75.00 and tell you people before u did bad work. And it is not covered. Then they move to the next 75.00. Never intending to fix the problem. Called talked to the so called owner of draingo. And u can guess. They didnt call me back. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. DONT USE THEM. If American home shield sends them. Tell them to send someone else. Save yourself some time. Had to call a real plumber. Got my problem fixed.

  This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent. They have recommended repairs I did not need and visited twice saying they were going to fix something; only they did not have the necessary parts. They put my faucet on backwards and they left dirty parts on my bathroom counter. Jacob, one of the workers is one of the rudest and inarticulate people I have ever met. He is like a character off a television show about uneducated hillbillies. I am not even sure what he is saying half the time. They were sent to me by American Home Shield. This company has no obvious oversight. American Home Shield is always doing business with shady companies, but this is next level bad. BUYER BEWARE.

  If I could give less stars I would. This company has failed to even show up on the day of the job. Scheduled for 8:00 to 12:00. No show. At 12:15, I call to see what the status is and they inform me that they called me. Except the number that they called was nowhere close to my phone number. Then they proceeded to tell me that they would not be able to make it until late in the evening. Not reliable. You would be better off just finding a different company.

  Awful!!! My home warranty sent this company out. THEY MADE MY PROBLEM WORSE. They schedule, then no show,no call. I am still dealing with the problem. Called the warranty company. Never ever send them back out here. Terminate their contract. Also calling BBB.

  I have had the worse experience with this company. They have been to my home 4 times and I'm still having same problem with my toilet running. The rude women they have working for them have very nasty attitudes very unprofessional. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

  Thank goodness for these reviews. My mothers insurance company tried to send this company to her house to fix her water heater. What she told me regarding her experience when they came out troubled me. I did a quick google search and behold, my hesitation was confirmed. We didn't use them. They are a scam company. Beware!!

  I finally cooled off enough to write this. AHS (our warranty service) sent these people out to repair or replace our hot water heater. I should have checked there's reviews first. They said we needed a new hot water heater and a building code upgrade. 500 dollars later, what my home warranty paid, and the mess they left it was done. Drain go knows they have you when the warranty service contacts them. Drain go will find something to make you pay 3 times what another company would charge or to make up something that is not covered by your warranty. This is a bad business. If AHS continues to use them, I'm changing warranty service.

  Completely worthless. My home warranty company contracted them to fix a plumbing issue and they botched it, requiring them to come out a second time. They were scheduled for an absolutely ludicrous 5 hour window of 8AM-1PM and never called to say they would be late. At 1:30, we had to leave. When I called to reschedule they gave me another window, this time from 8-2 on Saturday. I called my warranty company and got them to change to another plumber. Poor work and poor customer service. If you're considering using them, or you've been instructed to use them, try to get someone else.

  This is a bad company that American home shield sent to fix my leaking pipe. First off I told the plumber I would be right back for a second to go put on some clothes. The next thing I know he comes barging in my room without any permission and just go start working on the problem. So I told him that was very disrespectful with what he just did. He act like he didn't hear me and kept working. Then when he finished he left all the dirt in my tub. I called and left a complaint with the manager and he sounded like he really didn't care at all!!😡
