I do not even want to give one star. This office and doctor is a fraud. They say they are authorized to perform DOT physicals. But the DOT themselves told us it was invalid and that dr. Ross is not authorized to do them. They lied and continue to do so. They even charged our insurance for it when they shouldn't have.
At annual physicals they do an ekg that lasts less than a min, should be 5-10 minutes to get proper readings. So it's probably just done so they can get paid for doing it. Physicals are always different, some things are done some times and other times not.
Dr. Ross pays more attention to my two young daughters at visits than he does to me, the patient.
Lab work from one year to the next is not compared or they don't care as a concerning medical issue was shown and he specially wrote everything was "normal". But a specialist used those same lab results to diagnose an issue and feel the need to send me for more labs and surgery. Thankfully I took it upon myself to see a specialist.
Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor. I know that's what I'm doing!
Dr. Ross is good. The front desk is horrible. They did not return two calls i made laat week with questions about my appointment today; have been out here waiting 25 minutesthe person "at" the front desk didn't even tyrn around to look at me when i asked if someone was checking people in.finally, she said they knew i eas here but ciuld not tell me how much longer it would be. I have an 8:30 appointment Got here at 8:20.
I miss seeing Dr. Ross. Since moving from the area 5 years ago, I've gained a lot of weight and I've felt miserable since then. When I was his patient, I lost a lot of weight and I felt absolutely, insanely wonderful. Now not so mich. I may drive through and make a revisit to his office just based on his expertise. HE really CARES about his patients and wants the best for them. I miss you Dr. ROSS!!!!!
I have been Dr. Warren Ross' patient for at least 30 years. Obviously having been his patient for that long and having recommended him to family and friends, I have a WONDERFUL opinion of him. In fact when I was diagnosed with MS asked to be referred to a Neurologist that was just like him, with his warmth and compassion. He has always taken the time to fully explain his findings and what they mean and doesn't talk down to his patients as though they couldn't possibly understand medical issues.
I also like the fact that he believes in the importance of the benefits of alternative medicine and doesn't simply prescribe a pill to solve every issue.
Can't get through to anyone. Often it goes to voice mail, and no one calls back. Tests are done, but not followed through. I would not recommend going here.
Participating in the health industry and administering a National non profit cancer foundation I can share with you that Dr Ross provides the most advanced and compassionate approach to medicine in the United States. Combining that with the most warm and caring personal attention to his patients lifts him to the top of his profession. He is simply the best there is.
Integrative Medicine at Crossroads under the wing of Dr. Warren Ross does an amazing job of mixing both modern and traditional medical forms. I choose Integrative Medicine because it combines several approaches to healthy living and focus in one. From my stop off at the Apothecary to see my current toxin level and to my trip down to the gym, their focus is apparent.
