I LOVE DR.MCQUEEN BEST DOCTOR EVER!
but, how come they dont leave any slots for sick vists? Like for instance my son woke up yesterday with his ear draining like a faucet. I called to get an apt and they scheduled me 2 weeks out! I HIGHLY doubt his ear will still be draining that far out. So, i had to takr him to his ped and he referred us back to Mc.queen due to a hole in his ear drum. And this isnt the first time this has happened . My son is 5 and has had trouble with his ears since around 4 monthsold. EVERY TIME i call his office its always schduled that far out. How can we fix a problem that is no longer an issue by the time he actually sees the doctor? Sadly, Im gonna have find another ENT.
I had trouble with my ears growing up and my ENT was Dr.Harris out of dothan (who is retired now)
But anytime i have drainage/pain all my my mother would have to do was call and i would have an appointment that day , a work in or at the latest they would tell her to bring me in FIRST THING the next morning.response / report this review -

Hands down, best Doctor ever! Pauline is a saint as well! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love this place!

Best Doctor Ever! Very personable. Goes over the top for your care - including the nurses. WORST front staff I have ever experienced. Very rude. No. Patience. Thats my only complaint.
