Dr. Russo is the best chiropractor our family ever had! His rates are reasonable & our experience has been that we get the best adjustments ever. Dr. Russo understands bone structure, proper alignment (and much more!) better than any chiro we've ever seen and he truly cares about each and every one of his patients. He wants us to be well as badly as we want to be well. He makes the effort and goes the extra mile and we've been in the best shape chiropractically since we've been his patients.

Dr. Russo is the best chiropractor that I have found in Tallahassee. He takes time to listen to your symptoms. His treatment is specifically for you. I have chronic pain and he helped relieve that pain. I can't say enough about the experience I had there. I recommend him to everyone that needs a chiropractor.

I will be the first to tell you that not all chiropractors are the same. Dr. Russo has a unique ability and methodology to evaluate your problems and ascertain a course of action to help you get better. When you visit Dr. Russo you will spend your time with the doctor and not with assistants or machines. You will be amazed at how he can evaluate your symptoms and apply sound techniques to bring you the relief you seek. If you are a current chiropractic patient not happy with your results please do yourself a favor and call Dr. Russo. As well, if you are a new patient seeking chiropractic help you might as well start with the best. Dr. Russo is very easy to work with and genuinely cares abut his patients. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

In the six months or so I have been a patient of Dr. Russo's my understanding of chiropractic has grown. I am writing this so the other geeks out there know that this is the guy for you. He encourages that his patients understand the procedures done in his practice.

Dr. Russo will explain the how's and why's for his method. He is still hungry in his profession and continues to perfect his craft. Also, he wrote me out a weight lifting routine by hand in his spare time. Worth your time.

I’ve been a long-time sufferer of severe lower back pain but have eschewed surgery because I’ve been able to obtain relief from a good chiropractor in most of the bad flare-ups. 3 months ago, I aggravated my nerve issues to a level of completely incapacitating pain. It was the worst episode to date and I obtained no relief by any means. I went to Dr. Russo in late May and by the second week of June was fully functional. Now, 3 months later I’m completely pain free and will not be forced to resort to invasive correction. Fred Russo is an incredibly astute diagnostician and a seasoned practitioner of proven methodology while remaining on the forefront of the new technologies that improve his chiropractic practice by leaps and bounds. Thank you for giving me my life back, Dr. Russo…you will be my chiropractor for many years.

I came to Dr Russo by happenstance in 2006, as my massage therapist had joined his clinic and I really needed her! Of course, in order to be her patient, I had to be overseen by the doc. So, I said, "Okay, why not? What've I got to lose? I’ll give him a try." She is no longer there, but I'm still Dr Russo's patient. Obviously, I'm very happy with my adjustments/treatments! ................ I have bad knees and when I first came to Dr Russo, I couldn't even walk the length of the mall. Now I can do that and more! I'm not saying that I never have knee pain (my medial meniscus is "bone on bone" in both knees), but I'm MUCH better than I was! The pain in my knees is at least 50% less than it used to be. In fact, I SO WISH I’d been Dr. Russo’s patient BEFORE I HAD ARTHROSCOPIC SURGERY! I have a feeling I never would have had it or even needed it. All it really did was make my medial meniscus thinner so it could erode away. ............ I had a horse accident when I was 17, in which I cracked my head pretty hard on a clay surface. I had a concussion for about 3 days and was left with neck and back problems. I just don't how anyone who has been through any type of trauma (like an auto accident or sports injury or even birth – many babies are badly aligned when born because of the trauma of passing through the birth canal and/or being pulled on by the doc) can do without a good chiropractor! .......... But, here is the most IMPORTANT part for me - I don't do meds (legal pharmaceuticals or otherwise, except for the rare pain killer, like after surgery or when I'm at the bottom of desperate!). It would be almost impossible for me to live the natural lifestyle that I desire without good chiropractic care. I so appreciate being able to have my aches and pains relieved with a visit to Dr Russo, and my chiropractic health consistently maintained instead of being caught up in the never-ending spiral of ill health, prescription drugs and eventually being unable to care for oneself. I’ve seen that happen to many people, and the end is very dismal! That is NOT what I want for myself! I see myself spending a little bit of money for my chiro health now and along, expecting to reap the rewards as I age. Well worth the small investment!!! (The fees are very reasonable, by the way. You can go as few or as many times as you want and pay visit by visit, or if you are like me and know you are going to need ongoing care throughout the year, Dr Russo has different plans to choose from, according to what your needs are, that makes the cost per visit even less.) ............ The last thing I will say is that Dr. Russo truly cares about each and every one of his patients. He wants you to be well as badly as you want to be well. He makes the effort and goes the extra mile!

I’ve been to three other chiropractors before being treated by Dr. Russo - so I have some good comparisons to compare him by.
Could not believe how well he went over my x-rays and really explained the patho-physiology that is causing m yback pains.
Then he really worked my back with excellent manipulation technics .... not just some mechanical gizmo’s or heated lumber seats; but true, hands on alignments. This guy knows what he’s doing. My back was really hurting from standing on it for 12-hours shifts. After only ONE session, I had about 90% total relief. Dr. Russo is worth seeing and his prices are very reasonable. I can’t believe anyone could not be happy with the results. He’s great!! David
