The worst place I have ever shopped for a pair of shoes!! Costumer service hands down the worst very rude / in professional as iv ever encountered. Females with bad attitudes and males with pants hanging off there ass like street thugs! Whom ever is the DM for DTLR should really be fired!!

Poor customer service skills ,female employees are very rude . They do not have the desire to help. Employees talk bad about customers who shop there. Will never step foot back into that store.

I go in the store 5/26/12 there was a young guy working there I could not believe this kid was representing DTLR I could clearly see his underware. I have my two young children with me Iam looking for sandals no one ask to help us and when we finally get help the kid was rude. I called back talked to the manager Kendra Morgan she was also very rude she told me here the 1800 number if didnt like it. Wouldnt never go back. Terrible experince.
