  I come here to get my PCR if needed. The staff is quick but it's very annoying that they don't automatically email your results. You either have to go back to get them in person or email them first to ask for the results.
  
  Edit* I received a call from the manager today and she was lovely. She explained that the results come straight from the lab, not Doral themselves. I was supposed to receive a link but never got it. She was helpful and had a solution, so now they get 5 stars. =)

  The staff was incredibly sweet and fun. The whole experience was quick and helpful. They took great care to make the full experience from entering the front door to leaving, a wonderful visit.

  Horrible service they're were quick to brush you off and front desk was the one who diagnosed me and the nurse listened to them instead of checking me and listening to what was wrong. Also told me to just take Advil even though I'm pregnant and not allowed to have Advil. Laughing at what I told them and was very unprofessional. Never experienced anything like this before! I would give it negative 5 stars if I could. Very rude and unprofessional!

  I am very pleased with my experience at Doral Urgent Care. It may be the time of day, but I was in an out of there fairly quickly. I may have been there for a total of 20 minutes tops! Registration was easy and my interaction with the doctor was very relaxing given that I needed a scalpel to be used on my finger. Yikes! The medical staff here were easy going and explained everything that was going on. I did not feel like my visit was being rushed at all. Follow up via phone/text was also provided for my script being sent to the pharmacy. I am also happy for this gem to be so close to home. Thank you Doral!

  This place is clean, but they do not answer their phone ever. At times they can be unprofessional when speaking out personal information in front of other patients. They are okay but can be better.
