  The short version is that it’s unacceptable for a business to no longer pay for returning a product that ended up not fulfilling the intended functionality.
  
  I ordered an opener, once it arrived I realized that it wasn’t opening my garage door. After sending details to the business, I was told that the remote was not compatible.
  
  To my shock, they also told me that they do not offer a prepaid shipping label to return the unused item, nor do they offer any reimbursement.
  
  Do yourself a favor and mitigate this risk by avoiding this business and simply use them to find what remote to try, and order it elsewhere that is more reputable.

  I had a new garage door installed but after the instalation I noticed there was not a tight seal on the bottom of the garage door due to my floor being uneven.
  They promptly came to fix the issue and all is good now.
  I recommend Door Openers & More for any of your garage door needs.
