  Rude and incompetent. My garage door was installed as previous homeowners moved out so they did not want to do walk through on operations as it wasn’t feasible. Instead they told them “tell new homeowner to call us and we’ll gladly come back out and walk them through and program everything”
  
  Tune changed when I did just that to call to get them to come out to “complete the job”. Instead I was rudely asked if I had instruction manual and to read manual. No help was offered, nothing. I was staring right at my equipment and was told constantly to go to my manual for guidance. I have never experienced this from any garage company EVER! I was in shock by this rude reply and said thanks for nothing.
  
  Fast forward to day i actually moved. Nothing was working. Keypads, remotes nothing. Closing doors manually and manual to be unfound. I called garage company again to say hey you need to complete the service you started I’m living here and I have no way of closing my garage securely. Nothing works.
  
  $225 to come out for a job you left incomplete?!?! Robbery!!!!!!!! Bunch of crooks and thieves. Money hungry.
  
  Finish what you started!!!!!

  Troy and Mark are true professionals! I needed my entire garage door opener system replaced back in January. They even replaced some cables and pulleys. They gave me a great price, great service, and great installation. When I initially called Troy he wanted to give me an appointment For the next day for the installation. I was shocked that he was able to do it that quickly. I was unable to due to my own schedule But I was able to schedule something with him within two days. Even with a fine-tune adjustment that I needed afterwards, they were very prompt and resolved the issue immediately. They did not leave the premises until everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you for a great job! I highly recommend Troy and Mark of Door O-Matic!

  Troy was extremely helpful helping us decided what door was right for us when we first came in. The installation he and Mark did was excellent! We would highly recommend Door O Matic if you are looking to replace your garage door.

  Linda and Troy work as a great team. I needed two replacement windows for my garage doors that went out of manufacture several years ago. Linda was extremely helpful in working with the factory and found two replacement windows that they had in storage. I did not act fast enough and only one was left when I made the decision to proceed. I then needed to select two matching windows of a different style which was a good but not perfect match, which I did.
  
  Troy did a seamless and perfect installation leaving my wife and myself as extremely happy customers. I would recommend them without reservation.
  
  I am somewhat sad that this type of business interaction would not naturally lead to a longer-term continuous relationship with them. It is not often enough that we find a combination of characteristics in people like integrity, honesty, keeping appointments, good communication skills and experts in their field that would warrant a desire for a continued business relationship. This is that company and these are those folks.
