    Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Mike was easy to negotiate with and knowledgeable. Tyler took us through the financing in short order. Low key atmosphere that made us feel comfortable.

    Have had to use Donovan's collision and auto body a couple of times and have had excellent service. Once went back about 6 months after a repair for an issue and they took responsibility and resolved it quickly

    Just picked up a new 2017 Yukon SLT and Jon is amazing! Love there personal touch this dealer does. He sat with us and did all the numbers right in front of us. Not like some dealers were they come out with that stupid four square box. I am talking about real paper work and shown how they got to the numbers. That aspect alone makes this an awsome and great experience. There was never any pressure to buy and very laid back. I recommend this DEALER over all others in Wichita Kansas!

    This is the best place to buy a vehicle. I brought my first car here and i enjoyed it. The sales associates were nice and they don't rush you at all. The prices were very cheap and my car guy josh was very helpful answering any questions i had about my jeep.

    Donovan's is a First Class Dealership that always puts the Customer's first. Their Service Dept. is 2nd to none! The Cadillac Corporation called me and asked about the service I received from them. At that time, the Cadillac Corporation was pulling some Cadillac Franchises. I told them that I rec'd Red Carpet Service from their Service Dept. When I took my car to them, the Service Representative (Steve)went for a drive with me to see/hear what noise my vehicle was making. The person from the Cadillac Corporation said it's such a rarity to hear that! I was given a car to drive while mine was being fixed. I also told them that Donovan's was the best place, by word of mouth amongst Cadillac owners; to take your Cadillac to be fixed. I wish I could rate them higher than 5 Stars!

    Quick service on my vehicle. Loved the waiting area. Had snacks and drinks for the kids. And a wide variety of k-cups for coffee and tea lovers.

    Just had a simple problem of needing air in all four tires. I waited in their comfortable waiting room and read the day's newspaper. My tires were aired up in a reasonable length of time and I was soon on my way to do my errands.

    Air conditioner trouble while on vacation is no good. Thanks to Gary Orr we had our car back in a hurry, the air conditioner has never worked better. Great service department, thanks Gary!

    I recently went in to Donovan Auto. I'm not from around the area so I was wanting to make a deal that day. The first salesman that came out was great. I asked him how they could help me get out of my lease so I could purchase a vehicle from this dealership and he was not sure so we went inside to talk to the manager. The managers demeanor was very rude through the whole thing. He basically said I'd be better off to take my car back to the dealership or to sit on my car until my car was done with the lease. He didn't act like he wanted to make a sale with me at all and basically took away my right to choose on what I felt the best deal would be. At other dealerships they have jumped to try and get me out of the lease to buy a vehicle so I was surprised by thiso particular response. If you go to the dealership I recommend not dealing with the manager if you don't have to. On a positive note, they do have their vehicles very reasonably priced.

    We purchased our 2017 GMC Sierra from Mark Faye. I can't say enough good things about Mark! He is courteous, patient, has excellent product knowledge and is appropriately persistent without pestering. Mark has introduced us to others at Donovan and I feel like I will be treated as a family member by everyone! Mark has thanked us repeatedly for our purchase, both via email and with a couple of hand-written thank you notes.

    I also appreciate the professional and pleasant nature of Audrey Donovan, the Finance Director who worked with the financial aspects of our purchase. Audrey carefully and patiently explained the choices we could make regarding our purchase and the various extended warranty options!

    We were provided information on the cars we were interested in and given the opportunity to take unfettered test drives. We made several trips to Donovan's before deciding, and never felt pressured in the least. Greg Blanchatt was great to work with, as was Mike Caster if Greg wasn't around. The price wasn't a steal, but was fair, with no BS.

    All dealers should treat their customers this way.

    Answered questions quickly and knowledgeably, not too overly aggressive or in your face, just the right amount of sales expertise without being confrontational. They were also fast and efficient and were able to get us in and out in less than 2 hours with a brand new vehicle!

    I had a great experience at Donovan's. After visiting several local car dealerships in the past few months, I decided to make a visit to Donovan's.
    All the employees I dealt with through the process of purchasing my Buick Verano were very professional and sincere.
    The pricing for the vehicle was up front with no he hawing around like other dealerships I had visited.
    I would recommend persons searching for a new vehicle to visit Donovan's first.

    Lenny is the best. I was on a very tight schedule for a rotate and balance for both vehicles. His response was 'No problem, come on in. We will take care of you.' Then he did. No doubt that he has found a new long term customer.
