I have ordered many items from Donnie's and was always happy, but this last time I ordered several suits two weeks in advance, and when I called to find out about tracking info the Clothes had not even been pulled from the inventory for shipping and then I was told that one of the outfits wasn't even available. I made it plain that I need the outfits for several events at the time of ordering two weeks earlier and now I only had four days left until the event. When I got the one suit it was to large and couldn't be replaced. Haven't ordered anything else. They used to be really good, I just don't know what happened. Hunter used to take really good care of his customers. I now use another vendor.

I am very pleased with my custom made hat. It's beautiful. I received so many compliments at Church. It arrived in 2 days just like Hunter said it would. I am in the process of ordering again. Satisfied Customer!
Totally Satisfied!! Let me just say that I don’t know anyone who works for Donnie’s nor do I have any type of investment. When I read the reviews I was concerned that something would go wrong. Well I took the leap and so glad I did.
I ordered a dress and hat for my mother to ware for her going home services and it came to me in record time. I was promised that they would arrive a specific day and it came early; it came the day after ordering. The dress is beautiful, it definitely met my expectations, nice quality material and very nicely made. And the hat.georgous. Thank you Donnie’s Dresses for the quick delivery of such an elequent dress and hat.
I made a purchase on Monday January 30 at 1030 my time and 1130 their time. The CSR that took my order collected and promised me that I would have my order that friday like asked which would be February 3 because I needed both garments for a funeral. I was promised that I would receive my garments by Friday and I never had a doubt that this would be a total lie. i called on February 2 just to collect my tracking information to make sure I can keep track of my shipment. I found out that my order has yet to leave their store and it's Thursday and I was told that I had to speak with the manager Shawn. Well Shawn was at lunch he suppose to return at 3 but didn't return well after three and when I finally had spoken with Shawn he was rude and very unprofessional. He told me that he will give me two choices because he doesn't have time for this so he can refund me my money or charge me. He charged my card an additional $50 on my order to make sure i receive my shipment on Friday after I was already assured that I was going to receive my shipment. If I didn't need these items for my great aunt funeral I would have requested my FULL refund due to lies and unprofessionalism. I will never order here again! This was my first and last time they will get any of my hard earned money!
