Gluten Free doesn't mean gluten free here! It means the crust starts out gfree. The rest of everything is apparently shared in a not clean way. I wouldn't recommend eating here. If there is that much cross contamination with sauce and toppings, I can't really know what anyone is eating! My poor son is sick within minutes. Then I was told "if he has celiacs he needs certified gluten free". Don't call it gluten free if you can't keep your kitchen clean. I mean Domino's can even keep theirs without contamination!!!

Love this place! We're from Ohio, and miss having a Donato's around whenever we want it. We were very happy to find this location here in Newport News! A little taste of home :-)

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I wish the had one over on the South side of town near Portsmouth and/or Norfolk. I hope to even one day, own one of these establishments.

My family and I love this pizza and restaurant. Staff is friendly and nice. Pizza is awesome. We travel down to HR area to visit my son and we always make it a point to stop here and get pizza.

We just moved to the area and I must say that this is the pizza I've ever had. Being in NY for a while, pizzas are everywhere but this tops it all. I am more of a wings person but after trying it, I ended up eating most of my husband's order of pizza. I cannot wait for my kids to try it. They are gonna love me extra for this. I'm going back for sure.

I've been here several times, and it just gets better. The pizza is always so good and the customer service is great. Sometimes we go places and people act like they hate their job, but that is certainly not the case here they are always smiling and checking in on you I recommend this to everyone. Definitely my favorite pizza restaurant in this area.

Food is very good, however, everytime I receive it, it's luke warm. Their service is great but I shouldn't have to hear my food up when I receive it, defeats the purpose.

Took over an hour to deliver pizza and when I finally received the pizza it was soggy and wet, and also like they tried to reheat it again after sitting out for so long. I had to throw the pizza away smh

I like getting the pizza and salad combo they call it the pick two.... there's something very tasty about their salad and their pizza is also very good... the sauce and the toppings are good.... I always ask for extra sauce...fast food but high quality and tasty...the only thing I wish they'd change is to have fresh brewed southern style sweet tea ...they have aplenty of fresh cut lemons but only green tea..... UPDATE!..... well very much to my surprise and liking they fixed the sweet tea problem they now have good sweet tea!! Thanks Donatos for listening! Most Restaurants would not do that!

Best pizza in this area!!! If your in the mood for premium pizza then this is the place. Ive had different kinds of pizza and each one was very tasty. My favorite part is you can order gluten free pizzas and it taste better than the regular dough.
