I love this site better than the Kaheka store. Guess I can find my Japanese, Filipino and American items better.
Inside store is great but parking can be really tight during peak period. Honolulu's way of designing parking lots & spaces lacks in many ways..
I been comming here since the 60's thr store had change the name 3 times an i still luv it 😊
Been going to this location for well over 7 yrs and I only found 1 other store I would even consider giving 5 Stars. Its clean and the staff treats us like family. I would have consider 5 Stars and that was up till they closed in October 2017.
My family and I have been going to this store for many years. I use to work there when I was young and it was called Daiei. they have a great selection of products and the dollar section has been a family favorite when shopping with little ones.
Awesome one stop shop for surprisingly all items lol.. it's I love the Asian items section of the store, it has so many cute items from stationary to home items...
A standard place for the locals to grab groceries. 24hrs always open and staff is great. They also always have locally grown produce.
Best place to shop in the hawaiian islands. Lowest prices for souvenirs, chocolate, macadamia, coffee. Save money and still have some to spend when your vacationing.
I thought it was okay. Other than that I think they should open up more cashiers because the line was pretty long and I was only purchasing a poke bowl and a green tea.
They have just about everything you can think of. If you love sea food, they have a wide selection of fish and shell fish. If you like meat, they have a wide assortment available. If you don't see something you like, ask the butcher. He'll get it for you. They are great. If you don't want to buy in bulk, go to Don Quijote.
