The main focus was on Nursing and Residential Care for the Elderly. After a few years into our journey, we could see that Domiciliary Care was going to be a rapidly expanding sector because of the growing number of over 65-year-olds, life expectancy getting longer, and the desire for people to stay at home. Since starting a designated Domiciliary Care Team focusing on roles from Branch Managers up to Board Level positions, we have gone from strength to strength becoming the market leader and the go-to for Care Providers, both large and small, many of whom we have exclusive sole supplier partnerships with. There are a number of our large clients who originated from American-owned operators who have decided to start operations in the UK and in turn, have said our services would be very well received in the US.
