  Me and my co workers showed up to pick up our pizzas and they got their pizzas but then I found out that mine was sent to someone on delivery so I had to set there and wait for them to make me up a pizza and all I got was sorry for your wait sir. Really how about some kind if a coupon or something unbelievable

  All I can say is the Dominos here in Watertown Wisconsin is hands down the best Dominos I have ever experienced. From the staff, service and friendliness to the best quality pizza, they have it together here in Watertown!

  The ease of ordering through the online app is great. The pizza was prepared just as ordered. The Pizza was great but wasn't ready as soon as the app predicted so I had to wait about 5 more minutes. Never mind

  Their drivers are always super nice to me. I love the one who starts conversations with me, asks me about what's going on in my life, and actually seems to care about what's going on. I had a glitch with my computer where it wouldn't let me order delivery online, but they were very helpful in finding a solution and not acting like I was wasting their time. They're always patient and try to find the best solution. I would absolutely recommend this Domino's because I think more places need to have the customer service and patience that they do.

  I order delivery occasionally and they are always very fast and my experience is usually good. Last week, I received a Coupon for a free pasta bowl and I was excited because that's what I usually order. I used it today because my son and I were hungry and I am low on money ATM. I ordered pickup and went in to get it along with the soda I ordered with it. I was told by an older man,which I assume was the manager, that I was supposed to order $10 worth of food in addition to my bread bowl pasta. I did not know that and assumed it wouldn't have let me order it online if that was the case. The man seemed angry and it made me feel uncomfortable. My pasta bread bowl was not as good as it normally is and it seems as though I could almost taste the anger in my meal. There was less pasta and other ingredients than normal and the bottom was a little burnt. Maybe the website should not allow people to order if it doesn't abide by the coupon. I felt bad for the young girl working with the angry older man. She looked uncomfortable as well.
