  I placed an order at 530pm for it to be done at 730pm. I arrived at 710pm, waited patiently inside. The staff was very unprofessional, the customer service was terrible and they were using profanity heavily. At 750pm I was offered 3 out of 4 pizzas that I ordered, the last one was just now going into the oven. I accepted the 3 and left. When I got home the pizzas were disgusting and overcooked. I was offered a 2 liter soda! I will never go back to this particular dominos!

  Garbage. Ordered one large pizza and it took over an hour to arrive. This ain’t the first time I’ve dealt with this problem.

  The pizza took 30 mins to arrive. I ordered thin crust. Upon arrival I noticed one whole side of my pizza box was completely smashed in like as if someone stepped on it. Upon opening the box I notice the pizza completely slid over to one side as if the box was on its side and not laid on its belly right side up as it should be. Disappointed and unacceptable.

  Waited patiently was told 23 minutes for delivery at rhe time of the order. I even questioned it and the young man confirmed it. When I called to check the status 1 hr later the yong lady was rude and hung up while I was speaking....The next few times I called there was no answer, I was put on hold and by then the delivery driver called to confirm the address and I explained to him I was on hold to speak to a manager he told me he could not wait he had orher orders to deliver...Never did I talk to a manager or anyine else there. Needless to say-
  Wont order from here ever again.. smh!

  This was my first time ever trying Dominos and let me say I am not impressed. The chicken was slimy and looked under cooked the bbq sauce was just poured on TOP In the box which made it so messy from just opening the box the only sort of good thing was the panini

  Worst food in the world. Do not go here!! Even management team does not reach out. We got pizza from here, we both got sick, I called the customer service number told them we got sick, she said to save the pizza so it can be tested. It has been 5 days still no reply, the pizza is still sitting in the fridge. Tried emailing them back, still no reply. Throwing it away today. 😬😒 there is a reason this place has a 2 star rating...

  3 toppings pizza ordered takes about 10 minutes to accomplish Staff welcomes you to store. Order was explained and taken Delivered hot and taken home Declared very good not dry, with plenty of sauces and tasted great We will be back.

  Ordered carry-out. I was told to pick my order up in 30 minutes on a Saturday evening, which is understandable, because they're busy at that time. Got there in 40 mins, and I was told that it'll be ready in a couple of minutes. 15 minutes later, I asked again if it was ready, and it turns out my food was sitting right there in the food-warmer, but no one bothered to tell me that its ready.
  
  Another thing, when I was there, the phone kept ringing while I was there and absolutely no one bothered to pick it up. I myself had to call 3 times to get someone on the phone when I ordered. Service over here is bad. Food was okay, but would have been better if it wasnt sitting in the warmers for so long.

  Can you give a place zero stars....? Ordered a few weeks ago on a Monday, early evening (5pm). Ordered one pizza and some bread, tried to pay over the phone credit card, to which they replied "the delivery driver would take care of that." (Doubted it from that instant), and then stated it would be about an hour and a half (really???). I live about 5 blocks from this location.......
  Fast forward two hours later.... Still no pizza. As I am literally calling to complain, I get a call from a driver...... She just arrived at my apartment complex and wants me to come to the main office (about 7 buildings/.5 mile away) because she can't read the numbers (printed in giant letters on every building). I handed the phone off to my girlfriend before I blew a gasket. It then took another 15 mins for said driver to actually make it to the door......
  
  Then surprise, surprise..... She can't process my credit card.... Won't ever be ordering Domino's again. Which is a shame.... That pan crust pizza is pretty legit if you can actually get your hands on one......
  
  A few days later, some guy called and left me a voicemail to report back my experience......
  
  Wish I could give this ZERO stars....
