I've used this cab service a few times thinking that maybe I just get unlucky. But after dozens of rides. They are the most expensive cab service in the neighborhood. Use imperial car service!

Horrible
Take long to arrive
The ladies who answers the phone can't even speak English and gets mad at me because I can understand her . Also they ladies don't even care about they job , they answer so rude , they only there for a little check . lol They need to shut this business downreport this review -

It Is the Fastest and most reliable cab service in the Corona & East Elmhurst Queens area I pray that they expand throughout the entire New York and NYC area so everyone can benefit from Their excellent service Go Dominicana Go!!!

We had called on New Year's for a much needed car ride, because family members did not want to drink and drive. After calling and waiting outside for the taxi, because children were restless, the taxi said it was not taxi when clearly it had a sign with "Dominicana". When trying to call the base back we were not answered and the phone line just kept ringing.

I left my wallet in one of those cabs and my medicines as well. When I called at the base they told me to wait until 6:00pm to call them back for help. So I called back and one of the ladies treat me very disrespectfull almost yelling at me saying that they couldn't help me because none of their "Honest" drivers return it. NEVER EVER TAKING THOSE DOMINICANA CABS AGAIN. Not Honest people.

I missed a connector flight due to weather and had to stay overnight near LGA airport. I called them late that night about an early AM pickup. They answered promptly and said no problem, call again in the morning for a pickup. I called and less than 10 minutes the driver was there. He got me to he airport quickly and it was a great rate. Hopefully I won't have other missed connectors but if I do is use them again for transportation. It's nice to support a small local business.
