Giving this company one star is too much credit.

We have had continuous quality issues for over 6 months. Melted clothing, stained clothing, torn clothing and wrinkled dress shirts. We had sent over a dozen emails and met with the regional manager twice about these issues. When they were not resolved we cancelled our contract with this company. They then pursued legal action against us because we did not send in complaints via certified mail.
