  Great experience until the air conditioning in our unit went out on our last day. We noticed it at 6:00pm when we got in from being at the beach all day. We called management and after not reaching anyone, we felt we needed to start packing to go home. We weren't sure if anyone would get the message and we didn't think our kids should sleep in that heat. We got packed and then management called saying they could get a repairman out. We said just because they could get a repairman out didn't mean they could fix it in time for us to sleep comfortably. We told them we had left & that they should return some of the rent we paid. They said they'd check and get back to us. Once we got home, we called and called and after a week we were told they didn't owe us any return money. Renting from this company may be a decent experience but if problems arise they aren't willing to make things right. Our kids had big plans for our final night that we didn't get to enjoy. We paid for a night's sleep that we didn't get to use.

  I called up there to get some information about a room and the woman who answered was very very rude. She hung up in my ear. I do not recommend staying here. Customer service is very important. I did not come to them with a attitude. I was very polite. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are better places to stay at for less money and better customer service.
