This is my second purchase from Dixie RV. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the service that I received from Bob Lindsay on any issues that I have had in the past. He is quick to respond and he keeps you updated on any changes that may affect a delay or a quick return on your unit. I had an issue with my unit recently in which I contacted him and this issue was resolved in the next speediest Manor far above the expectations I was expecting to receive. Bob Lindsey is the best! We purchased our first fifth wheel from Dixie as I knew my salesman, later we needed repair work and the attitude and treatment was horrible. Finally after much aggravation I called for an update on my unit one afternoon, my normal guy was off and I got Bob. Based on my previous experiences I was already wound up (I was certainly not being very polite) figuring I would get the run around again but Bob was calm and asked why I was upset. After explaining all the situation and all the bad we had dealt with Bob apologized and started to work and got me fixed up in no time. Bob changed my entire outlook on Dixie RV and now I refuse to deal with anyone else but Bob. As someone who depends on my customers to earn my living I know customer service and Bob is without a doubt the definition of what customer service is. Dixie RV please know this man does you great service and we now purchased our second fifth wheel from you thanks to Bob. You should really appreciate him and he should be training and running your service department in my opinion. Without him you would have lost me as a customer and many of my friends that now shop with you too.
I went to an RV Show here at this location and the few weeks later called a sales representative to find out the price on a unit that I was interested in. When sales person finally called me back they had a pretty reasonable price but stated that there would be my local tax from back home and also their local tax here in Florida or Alabama. Which if anyone knows anything about jurisprudence, this is completely illegal to charge sales tax from two different states on the one sale. Not only but I never do business with these Crooks I recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

My experience was very good.The sales person was very helpful.I mentioned to her what my family was wanting and she took me to view until we found my RV.Your finance guy was very nice and helpful with the hole transaction.I taken it back yesterday for small issues and that team was very nice and helpful as well.

Wonderful sales and service department. Bought our New RV from Dixie RV. From start to finish, everything was pleasant. Liz is a very knowledgeable of our RV. She answers any question we have. I have not asked a question, she can not answer and I ask alot of them. :-) . Drew is amazing as well. He did our walk through when we purchased our unit. He is spot on with absolutely any question my husband has. He is the brains of the RV. We are extremely satisfied with our peeps at Dixie RV. Thank you both for everything you do.

I'm not sure what happened, but your service department has improved 500% from 3 years ago. The service managers actually call you back and they operate on a workable schedule. Well done!!

Had an appointment for 8 am. Was there a little early and was greeted by several staff members. Work order written quickly and service work done promptly. Thanks for the great customer service
Extremely stress free experience. Walk through was informative and they answered all our millions of questions. Salesperson was knowledgeable and asked numerous questions to make sure she recommended the right unit for us. Financing was smooth and he even problem solved to save us money. Service was helpful and efficient when we encountered a few hiccups. Sales manager intervened and assisted us with television issue. Best of all the ladies who greet you at the front were the best. Friendly, always got us to the right person and welcomed our puppies with a treat. We feel like part of the family. Highly recommend.
From the first phone call with Heather Sean, I was very impressed. I was made to feel important and kept informed through the entire deal on the phone and upon arrival at Defuniak Springs Florida.
The Fiance Manager Chad and John in finance worked with me in anyway to help me make this a Dream come True for me! Eric the Service Manager kept me informed about the Prep work being performed and Drew the Service Tech left nothing to be unanswered. Even the Detail Crew were very accommodating.
I was offered a room to stay in over night or I opted to stay in my RV with hook up to power. Heather went and purchased and delivered me dinner that evening. Chad invited me to breakfast the following morning. Once again Thank You ALL for making this a very pleasant experience and a Dream Come True for me!

Put a minus sign in front of that star. WORST PURCHASE OF MY LIFE!!! Bought a new Diesel Pusher out of Defuniak Springs, the whole transaction was just an absolute train wreck to say the least. Chad our salesman was nice and so was Ryan in finance, everyone else, not so much!! Customer Service terrible, Service Department no comment, sales managers rude, misleading, bait and switch! Price/Bottom line changed when we went back to take delivery after I was promised it wouldn't. I was then told "walk, I don't care, there's the door". The unit has many issues even to this day. I feel they just wanted to get it out the gate, off the lot and head to the bank, which they did! Shame on me! Should have never left the dealership in the substandard state it was in. I had alarms going off within 5 miles of departure going down the interstate, low level hydraulic fluid sensors. Geez, you think that would have been caught on a pre-delivery inspection (PDI). Had to go by my own Hydraulic fluid and service it myself after I google the problem and figured out what was going on. Exterior light not connected, think they would have checked those on a PDI. Step cover Inop, think they would have caught that on the PDI. Broken armrest that was not installed when we looked at coach, reinstalled prior to delivery. There was a reason it was OFF, It was broken, they put the broken arm rest back on to get it sold. OMG! Mud flap not installed, manufacturer pays dealers to install, what happened there! Should have forced them at delivery to install the mud flap. Door seals falling off. Water leaking onto bed. Just a few of many, many, many issues with the coach. I could go on with a list of about 15-20 more items found within 72 hours of departure from the dealership, but we won't. Thanks to the manufacturer stepping up to the plate the unit is now going back to the factory in Indiana to correct all the items that should have been dealt with in the PDI. It took a letter to the CEO of the Coach Manufacturer to get things moving, maybe now we'll be able to enjoy it after it get's the attention it needed prior to being delivered. The manufacturer has been very supportive, dealership not so much. "Normal, these things happen, you can expect 4 months of the first year at the dealership", was what I was told by an individual at the dealership, REALLY! Dealership hasn't even call to see if we're enjoying it, not one single phone call. You know that's not happening. Pretty sad when you spend almost 200K. They got what they wanted!! Don't go there. Take your business elsewhere.

Fantastic place! Super duper friendly and helpful! We called 8 other places to help us and they were the only ones that had what we needed plus let us borrow their ladder! God sent us their direction and we are oh so thankful!
Nice store and friendly staff. Quick service, fast loan application process. Even delivered the camper to a nearby campground for me and set it up too.
Nice atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Wide range of Parts and Accessories. Helpful and Friendly Staff. Prices Good.
Absolutely horrible service. Zero stars or minus is a better discription!
1st- Salesperson and manager tried to sell me a camper that my truck wouldn't pull, then said I needed to have them install $2,000 worth of Air Bags in addition to a new hitch (even though mine was brand new).
2nd - as a condition of sale they promised to clean the camper when I brought it in after camping - since the window blind was broken and they had temp fixed it to get the brand new camper out the door - but didn't feel compelled to mention that to us as we departed for a month long trip. The cable/satellite connection was wired backwards, so we didn't have any entertainment either. Completely UNSATISFACTORY! No apology, no compensation, just a hard time when we brought the camper in for repairs.
3rd - when we confronted them about the lack of dealer prep (the cleaning of the camper), they stated flatly, they don't do that unless the camper is leaving the pot for the first time and refused to discuss it further. Insult to injury, they lost my keys (to the locks and my hitch).
Nine weeks they had my camper - and it is any better then when we brought it in.
This place needs to be shut down! They are a bunch of unprofessional criminals who just want to get the money out of your wallet and forget about you.
Don't go here - drive to Texas or Oklahoma to get a camper/RV and any service - it will save you time, money, and frustration.
