It's a good place if you never want to grow up and you always live like your in high-school. If you're that kind of person then you will fit in great here!!!!

As a customer service representative for a large communications technology company, I had to deal with a lady (which I found out later was the owner's wife) who was completely condescending to me on the phone and used the most unprofessional tone I have ever experienced. When I asked to speak to someone in charge - because of her tone, she became increasingly harsh in her tone. Unbelievable.
