  I came in to get a replacement part for my camera. They were so helpful and friendly, and had my part in stock. They even opened the package to make sure everything worked. Very affordable, also! I was in and out within 5 minutes. This place is conveniently in downtown DC, but tucked away. Come here for any of your camera service or parts needs!

  Don’t bring your film here. What you drop off will not all come back sometimes. After multiple attempts of trying to put my film on a flash drive and not succeeding. They have permanently lost me as a customer and my film work.

  Honestly, I give any camera store that still exist 5 stars, because I'm glad they even exist.
  They had a good mix of cameras and lenses in stock. You could easily piece together a kit in a pinch here.
  They had gh5s, 5dmk4s, a7r2s, d810s, so like I said, they have some choices.

  After a great first impression, turns out they think their clients are stupid and liars. Really disrespectful and pretentious.
  I will never set foot in that store ever again.
  Amazon got my money, apparently my $4K purchase wasn't good enough to be taken seriously.

  Cool little shop with an amazing selection of cameras, lenses, accessories... and film! Yes, film. I was in DC for a weekend trip and forgot my shoulder strap. Was able to walk from my hotel and pick one up, plus an extra SD card in no time. They saved the day!

  Have had two experiences here so far -- buying a microphone and getting 120mm film developed. Both experiences were overwhelmingly positive and priced fairly. The staff was knowledgeable and really devoted the time to make sure I was taken care of and was satisfied with my purchases.

  Great service for Passport photo!
  Came in with my wife, I said I needed photos for Canada Immigration and France Passport. He knew the proper dimensions (which are the correct ones), 20 min later, it was ready, stamp and dated.

  Customer service is the most important and yet basic need in business whether you are illiterate or educated! i am not one to write write reviews unless its really bad or such a great experience. I was happy to learn that we still have small local businesses like this as opposed to corporate big names and was excited that it was in my neighborhood too. I was not satisfied by the services but worse the response from Paul (not sure if he's the owner or an employee) but his awful response to my rather simple question of whether he could retake my picture that I wasn't satisfied with was shocking. He dismissed my request by reminding me of how much it is and how he'd have no problem retaking it if I pay another $$$$. Very disappointing and sad to see someone like this hired at a local small business. My services may not be need here nor my referrals but I hope my review can remind them once again who they are and what they stand for so they can be better for future clients. I know I won't be going back.
