I was having a water softener and iron block added to my well. Before anyone came out, the staff was extremely friendly answering all of my questions over the phone (helping with an old system that we were tricked into buying but it didn't work as promised). The quote was beyond fair and today the staff came out and installed it quickly and made access to it extremely easy. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs anything as it pertains to well water systems. It was a bit of a drive for them as they are in Sanford but you would have never known it. I will be using them again anytime I need help/have questions/need to buy products for my system. 20 out of 10highly recommend. The employees I interacted with were Bill, Erica, and one other gentleman who was extremely friendly and I am irritated I am blanking on his name.

Tom was out to replace an old part and had the system back in service inside an hour! What I particularly appreciate is Discount Water Supply always leaves job site better than they found it. I didn't have to pick up broken parts or cut tubes afterwards. Thank you!
