  I called them and they said that they would take care of balancing my tires and to just drop them off right before they closed. However when my dad and I got there at exactly six the doors were already locked. I tried to tell them i had the tires and every single employee ignored us. It was an aweful experience and we will not be going back.

  Disappointed in the lack of honesty at this location. Went to get a tired plugged and they said it wasn't fixable. Since I couldn't afford a new tire, I went to a locally owned business to get a used tire. Not only was it better pricing. the local owner let me know I just needed a patch as I previously suspected.

  These people will repair and/or sir up your tires at "no cost" even if it's not their tire! Good prices on new tires too. Outstanding.

  Just went in a couple of minutes ago. They fixed my two back tires (had nails in them) Absolutely free of charge! This was all while they were super busy! Genuinely friendly people.

  I made an appointment to balance my tires and fix a slow leak in one of them. Appointment was for 11:30 and my gf arrived 5 minutes early and checked in. She was told it would be under an hour which is still a long wait. At 12:10 they still had not even started on the car. They finally finished after 1 pm. This is an unacceptable amount of time to wait when I have made an appointment.

  This location is great. They helped me with a flat, fixed it up and I was on my way. I was from out of town and came in late afternoon and they could have easily pressured me into 4 new tires instead of patching the old one. I appreciate their honest professional and attentive service. I would definitely go back!

  This place is a joke. Waaaay understaffed. I only go here if there is no other option. There are always 5 to 15 people in line and usually only 2 people up front to handle it despite an area that can accommodate 4 sales staff. And add 2 hours to any estimate they give you and good luck if you have a TPMS. They broke mine after putting on rear tires. I will say the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable which is a surprise given the bombardment of humanity they deal with on a daily basis. Only go here as a last resort.

  I haven't had ANY bad experiences with my local store. They have always been honest and the employees go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the purchase and merchandise. My husband is there now getting tires installed.
  My friend came to visit me recently, she's from out of town, and had brand new Goodyear tires on her van. She went to the Discount Tire here and they fixed/replaced her tire because there was a big nail in it. No questions asked, no drama, and no cost warranties that are honered at other locations also..I'm a lifetime customer, hands down the best around.

  Discount Tire is all that and more!! I needed my valve stem fixed but pay day wasn't until tomorrow. The sweetest man worked something out with me and told me that all they care about is our safety. Getting service like tht just instantly warms my heart and I am forever thankful for it and the crew at Discount Tire. 😊
