Environment is super chill and the staff was very helpful. The boards and other merchandise is a little pricy but it is quality gear. I will definitely go back.

Great service. I went in for a free wax and they did a great job in 10 minutes. Love the location right in downtown Logan

Took the snowboards to get waxed. They did a horrible job. Very gloppy and missing a lot of spots. There was wax all over my edges and even on the front. Lost my business. Beaver mountain did a great job waxing them. I'm going there from now on. It's worth the wait.

Love this place. They have the same, if not better prices as places like Zumiez, but it's a local business. I found a pair of shoes online that I wanted and Directive was able to get them for me at a better price.

Directive is so rad! They have the best collection of clothes and shoes in Logan and the dudes there know everything about skate and snow stuff.

Every time I've bought from Directive, I've been disappointed. I'm not impressed by the owner either, he doesn't show respect to customers. The trucks I bought from Directive broke in 2 or 3 months of riding, and I don't ride very hard. I wouldn't recommend this place for anybody. Born and raised in Logan, it disappoints me that the locally owned skate shop isn't worth a bit of my interest. It's no wonder why Directive has a history of getting broken into and burglarized/robbed. Karma's tough.

I've been a loyal customer of Directive since I was in Elementary School, now at 20 years of age it is still my go to place for pretty much all of my Apparel, Skateboarding and Snowboarding needs. They deliver a variety of great products alongside the most premium customer service any store possibly could. Very pleased to see that the shop is now located on Main Street in a very nice looking building. While other reviewers would give a 1 star rating for what they were trying to describe as a "Personal Problem" and not in the intentions of the shop or owner himself, I can surely give Directive a solid 5/5 stars for always meeting the needs of whomever walks through their doors.
