  After recently moving to Delaware, my wife and I needed to update our wills. In our first meeting with DiPietro Law we learned for the first time about how setting up a trust could help save both time and money when going through probate. This was something that was never mentioned with our previous preparer. Throughout the process DiPietro provided great assistance in explaining what information was needed from us and listening to our desires for our wills, including advanced directives. They took the time to explain what each of the documents were, and when questions arose, they always responded promptly.   We worked with the lawyers and staff at DiPietro to create a trust, make our will, a durable power of attorney, an advanced health care directive and all the other elements of a probable avoidance plan. Our estate is a bit complicated so it took a lot of extra work but in every instance we found them to be efficient and effective, responsive to our needs and a pleasure to deal with.

  My parents asked Leslie and her staff to do their Estate Planning/Trust for them several years ago. My parents, brother and I were so pleased with our experience, that now I have asked her to do the same for me. Leslie and her staff are always professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. It has also been helpful that Leslie is licensed to practice law in both DE and MD, since we have lived in both states. The transitions have been seamless.

  Leslie DiPetro and her staff are just awesome! They are so knowledgeable in estate planning and elder concerns! Being licensed in both Md and De was extremely helpful and important for our concerns. They took the time to listen, answer questions and showed genuine concern and caring. This law firm deserves the highest of recommendations! They are simply the best!

  Extremely professional and proficient! All went smoothly from the initial pre-planning call with Erin, to going over the details with our attorney Leslie, to the final closing process with Courtney, Devin, and Lauren. Everyone was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Any concerns we had were heard and addressed; we knew we were in good hands. We now have the peace of mind that our estate will be safely passed onto our children/grandchildren. We highly recommend DiPietro Law, LLC.
