  Hunting section sucks. Place is in a shambles absolutely no help and a third of the product has no pricing. This is incredible especially on the weekend.

  Only 4 Cashiers when they know its going to be one of the Busiest shopping days. It took over 20 Minutes to check out. Unacceptable.

  Always a great variety, from gym machines to fishing gear. I just didn't like being followed around while I was browsing with my 12 yr old, for school shopping. They missed out on a plentiful purchase, from what could've been a great customer. I'll never go there again. Stop profiling! That's why security cameras are used.

  Store is very racist and disrespectful. Assistant store manager needs to be terminated immediately. Representatives and management lack communication, customer service, and professionalism attributes. Terrible terrible terrible. Was told by Tom assistant manager that colored people steal so he can have his representatives follow me around the store. Then another representative start yelling at me and threatening to fight me because she didn’t like my feedback about my experience in the store. Corporate helped a lot by making me feel more comfortable and less upset about the situation.

  Fishing section is where I mainly go.When I went into service no one around. When i finally got help and them for line they looked at me and said "I don't know anything about fishing I'm just a manager". He turned to his radio and started calling names. Finally someone helped me. I asked him why is the lines a mess his response is "I don't know" poor service and will not be going back there any time soon.

  Visited the East Northport/Commack location at an off time so the store was nice and quiet. Passed to young men working there and neither even bothered to say hello. Little stuff like that bothers me. When we did have to ask one of the other workers to check the back for an item that wasn't out on the shelves, he was very helpful, so he kinda balanced out the other two dopes we encountered. Thank God for that.

  Helpful staff on the floor, Terrible cashier yelling "next" at me from 10 feet away was not the height of customer service. Prices are ok, lots of clearance items.

  Smaller than normal store for Dick's Sporting Goods but very convenient for common items. EASY access and convenient parking make it a simple, easy stop to pick up what you need.

  Place was very neat and organized. I asked one of the employees where the tennis section was and he kindly walked me over to the area.
