They came highly recommended, so I took a ring in to be repaired. They damaged it, didn't set the diamond correctly but I figured this was the best that could have been done considering what I needed done with the ring. I lived with it.
Less than a year later I'm back there to have it repaired again. They point out the damage that they inflicted on the ring and said it would cost more to fix than last time. I said "you guys did this to it". The sales associate said "doesn't matter, do you want it fixed or not?" NO THANK YOU! I will not give them my business ever again.

Excellent quality, service, and staff. My husband purchased a loose diamond from diamond exchange for my engagement band about 2 +/- years ago. They also made a custom setting to match my wedding band. The quality has been outstanding. I had to have the head replaced a few months ago, great quality and service again. We have been exceedingly pleased with our overall experience with Diamond Exchange in Kingsport, and will likely be lifelong customers. Highly recommend!!
