This months employee spotlight goes to Mark Cefalo Jr. Dgc Auto’s painter. Mark has been with us 4+ years. He has worked his way from an entry position, and is now our full-time Painter. Our previous painter had moved on and Mark was given the opportunity to step in and give this position a shot. In less than 12 months of being in this role he has done a fantastic job. This is not a easy job! especially when you are repairing and painting 85 to 90 cars a month. Congratulations Mark keep up the dedication and hard work.
