This is the worst apartment I've ever lived! I've been living here for a month, but almost all of my packages have been ridiculously returned or refused. And the management is just so irresponsible and rude without any apology or compensation!

Depressing. Loud as hell neighbors. Management does not care. Lots of mice. Avoid.

I guess you have heard enough complaining from other residents. Let me tell you a good, typical story from my experience.
    - I lived here for a year. It is a best suit for us since my roommate has a dog. There are two buildings here; one allows pet and one doesn't.
    - The noise is not that bad. If you didn't turn on AC, you might hear a sound of a party from your neighbor.
    - The rat is a REAL DEAL. They are here almost half a year. If you inform the management, they will come and put a trap right away (but the rat is smarter so we never caught one).
    - We also have a carpet bug. Not sure to blame the apartment or our personal problem.
    - Anyway, the maintainance is very helpful. They come to fix stuff as soon as they can (maybe in an hour). The management is also helpful.
    - The doorman is good. They keep our package. We never have any package lost or stolen.

I force myself to take the summer course because I had enough for this place.

I just want to leave as soon as possible.

I never saw rats in my life before, and now I have a little guest living behind my oven. Another guest leaves earlier in May.

Staffs in the lobby have no manner at all. Managers in the reception are nice tho.

    Loud noise at 24/7.

Very loud noise at night especially every weekend.

Basement reminds me the asylum in movies.

    .

Considering >$2000/month I'd rather sleep under the bridge.

100 % rat problem for the whole year. Pees and feces on my plates and stove. (Looking at previous reviews I guess it is ongoing for the last 5 years)

195 dollars monthly parking fee, but becomes 225 dollars without any explanation.

Day parking is 25 dollars and Dexter park works with predatory tow company that goes around all day ready to tow your friends' cars.

    Slow elevator.

Heavy garbage smell in the basement.

3000+ dollars rent and increasing by 200 every year.

If you decided to move out, you are asked to leave your apartment at midnight when your lease ends.

Hope their management will take notice and make a change in the future. It is supreme location after all. What a pity.

The place is very good for BU students.. However, it is too expensive compared to other places near to BU! And the apartments is not that clean .. Bathroom is too small! There is no fan to change the bad air.. Also, 100% you will have rats in the apartment.. My friends have an apartment in Allston next Star Market, and it is so clean and beautiful, with a big bathroom, no rats, and more cheaper!!
